great value but tough to assemble.

My husband has been wanting a chair like this for quite some time. Finally I saw this chair and it looked just like the expensive chair that he had been wanting. It looks like the real leather chair and it also has a massage feature which everyone loves. It was affordable enough that we bought two, so I could enjoy the chair along with him in our den/tv room.

The chair seems to be fine. Packaging of parts was excellent. The assembly was very difficult because the instructions did not match the parts. It was only made possible by disassembly of some installed parts.

We ordered a similar slightly smaller model for my wife. We liked it so well that we ordered this one for myself. I am 6ft, 200lbs and this chair fits me perfectly. It is very well padded and hits my neck and back in just the right spots. Assembly was easy and took about 1 hour.

I knew I was taking a chance on this chair! Looking for a chair that would support my back. Should have known from the pillow pictured in chair that it would not, that’s what I am already doing with my old chair!! Made in China cheaply! I’m a big guy and it just want hold up with me for long! Started a return and found out I had to pay return shipping for two large boxes $$$. Wife said she will try using and if that does work I’ll give it away instead of paying return shipping! Does look good now but faux leather has a short life spanWas trying to save some money but don’t make my mistake!! Go to a furniture store and try it out first!!!!!!

Came in two boxes, neither had instructions. Tried to figure out how to do it from some online videos (not the manufacturer's) and realized parts were missing, too. The power connector on the chair was also smashed so there was no way to connect the power cord.I called the company and was initially told I wasn't missing parts. When she asked me what parts were missing I reiterated I didn't have instructions so I was guessing. She said she'd text me the instructions and get the part I was missing in the mail. After a half hour, I called back saying I hadn't received instructions. She told me her boss was in the warehouse looking for the instructions and that it was a big warehouse. I think most companies keep instructions on their website or at least saved on a computer. But I guess a warehouse is another option.After giving up on trying to assemble what I could and then finding the smashed power connector, I called back to get return labels sent. Never answered my call.Avoid at all costs. Not worth the money or the hassle.

Best part is the back support for my back. Very comfortable chair, but it took 2 people to put it together. Our chair had a bent back support, so we had trouble getting the bolt to go in that connected the back to the frame.

The directions for assembly are just bad. Once you attach both legs for chair base assembly, it's impossible to attach the chair seat base. I had to take off one of the base pieces to put on the seat. Also, I wouldn't recommend this chair for anyone who is short. I'm 5'5" and it's almost too tall.
