Very disappointed. I had good feelings about this trampoline. There were many options on Amazon and went with this one and was excited about my purchase however now I feel disappointed. First, it arrived very late. I was not very concerned about this however as the days went by, I started to worry about it so I reached to Amazon Customer Service and because this purchase was coming from a third party they also did not have an update however they did help me on creating a case. Days later all of the sudden my order arrived. Very very late. And pieces came damaged. And not as described on the website. It was one after the other. Hard feeling; lasting bitterness. Deep resentment. That’s how I would describe how I felt. Maybe it was because I had high expectations, however somehow it is understandable. I do believe I paid a premium price. There were other cheaper options, however I thought this one was higher quality. One because of the website description and second because of its higher price but sadly this turned out to be not true.Honestly and based on my experience I would not recommend this trampoline to anyone. I had a bad experience and really hope that this is an isolated case however it might be systematic. Late arrival and inaccurate description. And then it is priced at premium. Hope this helps someone.

We have owned this trampoline for less than 90 days, the pictures tell the story. Horrible and very unsafe welds are in place where the polls for the net go around the trampoline. We have identified 4 completely snapped welds so far. If a child falls into the net while jumping, they will fly right out since the polls hold up the net. And look at how sharp those weld breaks are, one of the kids fell right on top of one of those faulty welds and could have been seriously injured. We are left with no option but to tear it down, dispose of it, and now we are going to try and find one that is safe.

Pretty solid trampoline. My only negative comment is that there are two rows of nets designed to keep the kids in. The second row is very high up so you will need quite the ladder to put it on.
