After trying five previous frothers this unit is the best so far. It has the most power and suitable attachments for our needs. We use it every single day. Their customer service is the best ever.Correspondence below between myself (Rich) and customer service representative (Sarah) says it all:February 2023(Rich) You folks have been so kind and have already replaced our frother once before. We use it every day mixing drinks with nutrition supplements for our daughter with epilepsy. We keep it stored on the charger between uses. The last several days it has been acting up and today it has quit working properly. It comes on sporadically and with little power. Our invoice on August 11, 2022 from Amazon is attached.What do you suggest we do?(Sara) We had arranged with Amazon to send a replacement set to your mailing address.June 2023(Rich)You folks so kindly replaced our frother in February this year and unfortunately this one has quit working. It has been working wonderfully all this time and now suddenly it just quit. UPDATE: The seller was very quick to send a replacement along with good instructions on how to maintain the hand blender. So far we have not had any problems with the attachments coming apart and we are being careful with it. We still like the option of the different speeds and the USB stand to keep it charged. I believe that by being mindful when changing out the attachments, I would recommend this product._________________________________________I loved this hand blender when I first got it. The charging stand is a nice plus after having used battery operated hand blenders. However, after a few weeks, the frother attachment came apart as I was using it. I switched to using the whisk attachment, but after a couple of weeks, that too came off as it was being used. I don't know if the glue used to put these together wasn't strong enough, but now the mixer is totally unusable. I missed my return window, unfortunately, so I'll have to shop for another mixer that is better made. I gave this two stars because while the controls are easy to use and it's simple to charge, the attachments take away everything good about it.

I love this mixer i use it every day to make my coffee. I used so many different brands and this is my favorite. The quality is amazing the frother is so big it gets the job done well. I love that it's cordless and rechargeable i barely even charge it lasts so long and it even comes with a pitcher. The price is amazing for the quality and for everything that comes with it. A MUST BUY!

So I received the 1st as a gift and I did like it because it worked great when it actually worked but after roughly 2 months of use for morning coffee one day it just wouldn’t turn off then died no longer turned on wouldn’t charge etc. I was hoping maybe it was a fluke so I got another which I purchased myself through Amazon on delivered July 29th then yesterday (September 10) while making coffee the SAME EXACT THING happened again. Just wouldn’t turn off kept spinning until it died and now won’t turn on or charge. Of course my return/refund window ended August 28th. Save yourself and just skip purchasing because now I have 2 that stopped working in the same manner after a couple months of use so it’s definitely not a fluke. Unfortunate the quality is so poor because it really was nice when it actually worked

One year and four month later, this little appliance is still going strong. The frother attachment did break at the base at about the one year mark. I use this to stir (not froth) my coffee, so I just grabbed one of the other attachments that came with it and it is working great. I use this once a day in the morning.Update 9/21/2024: I purchased this in January 2023 and use it once each morning. I had to order a new one this morning because all three of the attachments have now broken. He hand base is still going strong. I reordered the same one because of the price and I will keep the old base for travel and the new one at home. Make sure you do not pull on the arm of the attachment to remove it. Pry it from the mechanism where it attaches or you will break the attachment. I did that with the last one and that is why I am having to reorder.

First use and all went smoothly. The small simple base is so much nicer than the tall wobbly ones that seem to always fall over. The Frother itself is quite powerful so pay attention to which button you press when turning it on.This is the third frother I have purchased this year (all different brands). The first one would not turn on. The second one has to be charged daily. I have high hopes for this one… so far, so good!
