Well made with nice tiny holes
I like the simplicity, size, and it's pretty durable though I'm not sure how long the rubber bands will hold before they deteriorate in the water. The holes and slots are all evenly cut and well machined, I don't see the same issue others are stating saying that the edges are not finished, it's fine the way it is. Sure the edges could be polished smooth but it's unnecessary. And the holes don't have sharp edges, it's just acrylic dust that can easily be rinsed off.Directions are not that great, but I didn't end up using it anyways. However, it would be nice if the directions mentioned what the screws are for (and how to attach the hangers, though it's pretty self explanatory), almost threw out the hangers not realizing they were in the box since the paper on the acrylic is the same color as the box. Turns out the screws are for the hangers!! Hangers aren't wide enough for my rimmed 125 gallon, but it will work for most tanks.Paper peels off relatively easily if you go slowly, it should come off mostly in one chunk. I appreciated that the paper was left on so the acrylic doesn't scuff during transport. The acrylic thickness is just fine, actually thicker than most commercial breeder boxes so I don't really see it breaking without (accidental) force.Overall good value for the money and water flow is decent.Originally purchased for my angelfish fry, but I'm not 100% sure if the holes are small enough so the fry will not come through or get stuck so I'll wait a few days for them to get a little bigger.Couple of tips for buyers:-Peel backing off slowly and it should come off easily-rinse off all pieces as there will be acrylic dust-suction cup works better if you screw the knob after pressing into the tank's surface. Loosen knob to remove suction from tank surface. Not sure if this was meant to be this way but I find it works best to tighten to hold suction, loosen slightly to unlatch suction. Similar to bathroom accessories.Tips for manufacturer/seller:-Better directions, include how to use the hanger. I see there's a video on the product page, but perhaps a link/QR code for a video online would be good or refer buyers to the product page on the instructions sheet.-Remove acrylic dust before packaging, there's a lot, it's a health hazard and gets all over.-Knob for suction cup has space where small fish can get stuck in back, would be nice to have this closed off or a solid piece.-latch of some sort for the top door would make this product even better.Overall great product and I don't really have any complaints. Simple, serves it's purpose, and is nice to look at.

worth it
cons:- easy to break if not careful (one came slightly cracked, i tried to make it work and it cracked more. the cracks caused the one side to stick out farther, giving the tiny tiny babies a way to escape. i ordered another one-- this one seems to be holding them just fine)- tank lid doesnt close with hooks over the side- have to make husband take all the film offpros:- much prettier than the net separators- can watch baby fishies grow- decent size (we have about 15 babies of different sizes with fake plants inside and theres PLENTY of room left)

Gets the job done
I bought this to quarantine an aggressive fish while I found a solution to rehome him. It assembles very easily and appears to provide decent water flow through the box so the fish doesn’t get sick. The suction cups are horrible and they don’t hold for more than a few hours. Luckily it also has attachments to hang on the side of the glass so that’s what I use. You won’t be able to use the lid on your tank but it’s better than nothing.

Easy product for keeping pregnant fish safe.
To start, as described, the product comes unassembled. I hate the paper that comes over plexiglass as it's always difficult to peel, but that's what you get for using plexiglass and isn't the vendor's fault. If they took the paper off themselves, it could be scratched or more easily broken in transit.Assembled wasn't challenging for me, but I am also use to assemble Legos. There's a nice diagram that comes with so you know how to align the cube. Be sure to use the bands after you put the pieces together to keep it intact. The suction cup is pretty powerful. I put the box where I wanted, twisted the screw on the inside, and couldn't even slide the suction cup afterwards. The holes in the sides are tiny, but the holes on the lid are much bigger, which brings me to my only want with this product. I wish the side pieces that hold it to the wall of the aquarium let the box slide up higher. I keep my aquarium pretty filled, so the box was completely submerged and the fry were able to escape from the top. Wasn't the huge deal for me, but anyone who's not giving a full inch of head room at the top may want to consider this.

It's fine... if you like do it yourself.
I wish I had checked reviews first. I thought I had ordered a finished product. I was disappointed to receive something that looked like some guy had cut with his cnc machine in his basement and shipped without bothering to even finish "manufacturing it" himself. Why spend the time peeling off the paper, dusting it off, and cleaning up the edges when you can push that off on your customer? Edges were rough. It's a mess. Acrylic dust all over the pieces, my hands, and my counter. It wad a pain in the butt to peel the paper off of these things. I had to wash them off before even dreaming of putting them anywhere near my tank and had to make sure there were no burrs still stuck to the edges of the cuts in some spots and in the holes. The acrylic is also VERY THIN. it feels so flimsy. I'm afraid I'm going to break it, especially the "hooks" that were sent. I will probably use the suction cups.Hole sizes are very small. I hope it works. Haven't tried it yet. I got the stupid box for a single minnow that is failing to thrive. So it's not worth the hassle of a return. But I wanted to leave a review to warn the next person. It's probably fine if you don't mind a homemade/home printed box. Just know that it's not professionally manufactured or anything.

Unusable
Spent about a half hour trying to remove the paper... 8 double sided pieces to try and peel away and they all tear. If you have a few hours to spare it would probably work
