The media could not be loaded.  So this ball is definitely sturdy and comes apart with the motor as an independent unit so it can be cleaned really thoroughly, so that’s great. My dog is giving it a good bashing, so it seems pretty sturdy and durable. It just seems like either the motor isn’t strong enough or it needs more juice than it can get from 2 AAA batteries to work well. It does very slightly better on hardwood floor, but on my extremely low pile carpet, it barely moves on its own. I put brand new batteries in right before this video.Speaking of batteries, there doesn’t seem to be any way to turn it off and it ran out the first set of batteries by activating itself every time it was picked up or moved while sitting in its box. So don’t expect the batteries to last long either.Overall, I’m giving it two stars because as a manual treat dispensing toy, it’s great. I’ve never seen one that could be dismantled to be cleaned before. But as a motorized toy, there doesn’t seem to be any point. I may return it still, I haven’t completely decided, but if I keep it, I won’t bother keeping batteries in it.

My dog loves this food dispenser. Looks just like the picture. There weren't any instructions so it was slightly confusing. It works.

Winter is here and the lack of outdoor time causes bad behavior from my dog. I needed to add something to get her moving more. She already has a rubber treat ball but I added this thing for extra exercise and it works perfectly. My dog loves it too.
