Doesn't need cured. Just apply and trim. I may have over trimmed but I use my hands a lot.

I tried this product with the mini heat lamp (sold separately), based on a product review written about in an article. I applied them a week ago—no chipping! Application is very easy, though I will still need to practice getting my edges right as I didn’t quite make full coverage around some of my nail beds (when you heat the gel pads they will tighten on your nail bed and slightly shrink (as they should to adhere), so you want to be intentional with your application of gel pad adhesives. I like the look and the quality is excellent. My manicures rarely last 3-4 days before nail color starts to chip as I’m hard on my nails throughout the day, so I’m thrilled that these are still going strong after a week. For the price it’s a low risk investment, and both purchases (with the headlamp) is what I would have spent at a nail salon with tip. Recommend!

I wish I knew that they weren’t totally solid (I should probably have read that in the description of the color), but they are slightly opaque. I ended up loving them though. Gorgeous color!

After getting uv gel nails done at the salon for the past four years and spending 70-90 a month on them, I decided to give it a break and try something different. My nails were super weak after removing the uv gel. I knew I had to have some kind of polish on it to give it some strength. Regular polish was not an option. I don’t have time for waiting for it to dry and resulting in one nail always being messed up no matter how careful I am. So this led me to trying a few different brands of semi cured gel to test out how long they last for me. With another popular brand, I noticed that the edges lift after curing but dashing diva does not. This is a huge pro for me because I absolutely hate it when my hair gets caught on the edges. The other brands stuff was catching on my hair from almost day one. The bad thing about dashing diva is that if you try to stretch these strips a little bit in any way, it will result in a lumpy looking strip and it’s going to cure that way. Removed a star for the lumpiness. If it does not last 14 days I’ll come back and update my review.Update - It’s been 4 days and the gel is separating from the tip of my nails. It is happening on all of them. I don’t see this lasting 14 days.

Get WEEKS of gel wear — and then pop them off in one piece! Work some oil or acetone under the edge with an orange stick (included). It takes a little patience but nowhere near the messy, annoying, smelly soak-off process. I recommend nail scissors (and reading glasses lol) for precision trimming, which is a little tedious but worth it. Love this product! 👏

During a salon manicure, I got an infection in my finger that I had to go to the doctor to get rid of. I didn’t want to go back and my at-home polishes only lasted a few days. I saw the glaze gel polish on a tv show and sent for it. Wow, it was easy to do and lasted for 20 days! I’m delighted that I can have gel manicures again — and can do three or four for the price of one salon visit! I did buy a large LED lamp.

My girls were impressed that their mom bought glazed, donut nails. Super pretty color, I ordered another set.
