defective item
next day update.that was the initial impression but on the first day of use the reverse function stopped working .no power output from it in reverse mode ....contacted the seller they said contact Amazon they don't deal with it...customer service says have to return the item first at your own cost ...you get a defective item but you have to pay to return it .it should be the other way round .you already paid for a working item and delivery ,you shouldn't have to pay again .plus if the return got lost in the post that would be it ,tough ,no replacement ...
