Might be hot enough for copper.... its NOT MAPP GAS SO GOODLUCKThe gas gets hot so I am able to solder silver quickly before burning it as I do with smaller butane or propane torches.Easy set up and break down. Really like the handy torch rest that is inside the base.Soldered several 14, 16 gauge round silver wire earrings. Soldered two gallery wire bezels easily without issues.Saw a few complaints about price but! a few years ago I did price out a rig that wouldve been similar to this set up before it was available, [a trigger torch, a gas hose and gas cylinder] and it wouldve been more than twice this price without a base,... soooo this is really a good deal👍🤩

Controllable heat for soldering. Makes the work on my bench so much faster than the small kitchen torch.

Nice to have a combination bottle and torch holder. It’s also nice to have a lightweight torch at the end of a decently long hose.

Everything about the product is high quality, however if you take all of the different parts of this bundle and price them you're sitting roughly $58 more expensive than you would at your local hardware store.
