Useful supplement more palatable than whole linseeds
Useful supplement, high fibre. With water and short microwave heating it goes to a jelly like consistency which is quite pleasant to eat, better than whole linseeds.

The product is fine and good value. The only problem is the packaging. The clear window on the bag was split when I got it. Had to transfer product to food container to store. The window seems to be a weak point.

Amazing
Flaxseed is a superfood, what more do you want?! Eating the seeds whole, you loose a lot of the great nutrients and only really get fibre. Ground up, you get everything. 5 ⭐️

Easy to use and you get a LOT!
Tried this out when I made porridge for breakfast. Two large portions, today with goji berries and two tablespoons of ground linseed.May have overdone the linseed but it tasted great and improved the texture of the porridge.Hoping to benefit from the healthy effects.
