Batteries are cheap plastics
The unit works well enough, has decent suction and the vibration at level 6 is strong. The problem I have is with he battery...it dropped and the battery plastic just broke. Can't seem to find replacement battery so far.

Once you get the hang of it, it works pretty well
When testing it out I chipped the edge of my tile because it actually vibrated a bit more than I expected. I would make sure you are doing at least a 1/8" grout line possibly bigger because it can cause tiles to hit each other at the corners and chip. I tried using the nose to vibrate one and had rubber come off and get on the tile which I thought was odd. The marking did come right off though so I don't see that as a negative. The suction works really well but you need to make sure and get some moisture on it first. Maybe wipe it with a sponge, but once you do it works really well. Battery life is good and overall I like this tool.
