Damaged plugged received..some other customers were also complained about this problem but seller doesn't improve the plug quality and shipping quality.

Didn't Met Expectations
It looks good, weight is heavy as they mentioned.Received with broken plug, not heating mush (optimum level) as needed for proper iron.. it's plug is not fixing properly - not able to fix it.Finally - average performance and built quality.

Taking much time to heat.... Also increase the light bill. Better way go for 5 start rating product .

The bottom plate was all black when received. If the product support non - stick coat and a regulator it will be great...
