Ideal gift for a little one!
A charming little book, with delightful illustrations and plenty of colourful stickers for a small child to create his or her own tableaux while learning about the Christmas story. Makes for an ideal stocking filler!

Lots of Lovely Nativity stickers ... enough for the book and Christmas cards or Decorations
Can’t believe how quickly this arrived from being ordered late the day before .It was the stickers that I wanted and these seemed to be the best around for children to stick on wooden Christmas stars to hang on a Church Christmas tree . I shall cut out the pages of stickers . There’s a great variety and many of them for children to choose one or two each to make up a mini nativity scene . I shall buy another book so that the grandchildren can have a book each as there are plenty of stickers in one book for two books !

Esthetically pleasing
A lovely way of introducing children to the story of the birth of Jesus: the language is just right, letters quite big so kids can try and read, illustrations - lovely without being tacky. And the key thing is it's got stickers which make kids complete the illustrations themselves!

Not up to my three-year-old's standards...
My daughter got this for Christmas and started it yesterday. She did the first couple of pages and then stopped on the page with the angels and bombarded me with very reasonable questions, like:"Why does everyone have pinky-white skin?""I thought Jesus was from a hot country where people have brown skin?""Nobody knows what angels look like, so why did the artist only do white angels instead of all the skin colours? God wouldn't make only white angels.""... Did the artist forget [about the other skin colours]? How could the artist forget?!"On the one hand, it put her off finishing the book, but on the other, we were able to have a good conversation about whiteness (as white people). So don't get me wrong, the quality is lovely and the illustrations of the animals got my daughter's full approval, but with the amount of books Usborne have on diversity, the least they could do is put it in action in their own collection.

Calming Christmas activity
Bought this for 5 year old granddaughter as something peaceful to do on Christmas Eve. Able to do it with minimaĺ help from (tired) grown ups, and plenty of stickers. A reminder of what Christmas is about.
