Effective and creative
This comic, though not as stunning as The Watchmen, is excellent. The main downside is how the hero has superhuman powers. Impossible things happen. But, hey, it's a more-or-less allegorical story, so that's fine. There was some sympathy for some of the villains, which helped also.An oddity is, a lot of the climactic revenge scenes were weirdly off-screen / not shown. This gave rise to anti-climaxes, after skillful build-ups of suspense.I do recommend this work, though. It's really well done, technically and creatively.
