Lock didn't fit in latch, had to cut it all with a hacksaw to make it fit
The media could not be loaded. Didn't fit in the latch, just flicked open , bad design as lever shape isn't the right shape to fit in the locking latch, had to cut it all with a hacksaw to cut into the metal to allow it to grip onto the latch for it to lock , massive job. Also not suitable for thin sliding doors, had to cut the screws, had to cut the centre barrel to make it fit, however none of that was related to the fact that when locked , the metal locking latch was not the correct shape for it to slot , so had ti be all cut into with hacksaw. Now it fits but sharp edges now and a load of work

This was an urgent job for the disabled loo in our Church Hall which is well used, thank you for helping us to rectify the problem so swiftly.

Good quality but requires good DIY skills to fit
Good quality but can be tricky to fit...I am a joiner / maintenance guy and this took around 25 minutes to fit...you need to have good DIY skills
