Updated: Had a hair shed in the first week
Hair got shorter broke off at the start of taking these, so I'm hoping now the new hair will come through....will update. Also taking other hair supplements alongside.Update: unfortunately my hair shrunk to literally one inch long from 6 inches. I had a bald patch and she'd hair in places that never broke. Almost a disaster. Back to 5 pounds vitamins

After taking it I was losing this much hair. I was getting bald. As soon as I stopped I have less hair loss. Don’t spend money on this. It’s a fake product.
