All plastic build with no steel and the mike arm is NOT actually bendable as given in the description. If you try to bent it, I am sure it will break as it is just a piece of plastic. However it work without issues with Cisco IP phone 7942. 2 stars less as the product description is wrong and I actually wanted a mike arm which I could could bent and adjust.

This was purchased for a colleague who used for a couple of days only as he the quality and level of sound was poor Would not purchase again

Bought this to work with CISCO IP Phone 7940 Series. No problem at all with it. Having two rather than one ear-pad, helps isolate noise from the room. Audio is clear and people have indicated no issues with hearing me. The ON/OFF switch acts as a mute and works with Skype for Business. It does not appear to work with Sonexis. As I use both audio systems, I need to make sure it is always left in the ON position, otherwise people will not hear me when using Skype.

Decent quality but overpriced

Perfect used for conference calls in a busy office.

Head set wont work after 3 months, I tried to replace it but I am not allowed which I think is unfair after such a short time - wont buy again sorry

The mics on these headsets are faulty, customers on the other end are unable to hear us talk. We had to dispose these.
