I love the taste of Harrogate sparkling water and much prefer it from a glass bottle, so this is a great option for me.

£12.07 per 750ml bottle! You have got to be kidding!Have bought this product many times before - my wife and her mother both have stomach problems and this water really helps them. Always came in cases of 12 before and that's naturally what I thought I was ordering this time. Expected it to be delivered next Tuesday on standard delivery but a small package arrived today via Amazon Prime, which I definitely didn't ask for. You can imagine my surprise when I opened the box to find two single bottles, each individually packaged within!Having first checked my order, which was marked as complete, and my invoice, which was for a total of £24.13 including VAT and delivery charge, it was straight on to Customer Services. Having failed abysmally to navigate my way around the on-line chat system I requested a call, which was immediate. A very nice lady listened to my tale of woe, went away to check, came back and asked me to confirm that I had received cases of 12 bottles before, went away to check again and came back to say that I would be getting a full refund and that they would be reporting the seller, Thirsty Planet.It seems I'm not the only one to have had this problem, but the water in question is still there to be ordered by more unsuspecting customers. All I have to do now is to try to find an alternative, preferably in glass bottles because the water doesn't taste the same out of plastic bottles, apparently.The moral of the story - read the description VERY carefully and don't assume that because you got cases last times you will get cases and not single bottles the next time.

Delicious British water, good aeration, attractive and recyclable bottles, no plastic in sight! Great price.

I had the same experience as a lot of people here. I ordered this twice in the past, and got 12 bottles. Then ordered again recently and got 1 bottle per order. Took a while but thankfully Amazon refunded me.The product code is the same as when it as 12 bottles. I requested they update the technical details which used to say the volume was 9000ml - corresponding to 12 bottles. They also had the dimensions and weight as corresponding to a crate of bottles. Nice to see it has been updated.It's good we have the warnings here now to help other people avoid the same experience of paying a very inflated price on a single bottle of sparkling water! But it should still be corrected - this is clearly a mistake.

Sparkling water should be refreshing but it is impossible to get this feeling unless you have the water. It leaves a sour taste in the mouth if it doesn't show up.

Do not buy from this supplier as one bottle of water cost in excess £9 which is a rip off when you can buy cases. I cancelled the subscription for regular deliveries as l previously bought this product 10 bottles around for same price but for one bottle it is ridiculous.

Glass bottles delivered smashed into pieces. See photos. The bottles were loosely heaped in two card boxes. Result: four bottles shattered into pieces in one pack. One missing in the other.

Nice sparkling water at a good price. Lovely bottle - too nice for just water.
