Love These!
My daughter needed to increase her sodium and electrolytes but hated everything we tried. Found these and they were the perfect solution. She doesn't taste them and I can tell it definitely helps with hydration and her sodium levels have been perfect.

Salties is a win for any breastfeeding moms out there!
I’m exclusively breastfeeding my third baby & Salties has been a lifesaver in the hydration department!Feeding on demand requires a lot of hydration, but just drinking a ton of filtered water actually flushes OUT the nutrients & minerals that every mom needs— which in my case, led to less energy & a drop in supply (not the best combo for a mom!)This time around I decided to really focus on my electrolyte intake— but there’s not a ton of options in the market that are free from added sugar & artificial flavors. So happy to have found Salties! I love the short & simple ingredient list— It’s the easiest and fastest way to remineralize my drinks on the go. I keep it in my bag & add it to my water or juice or whatever I’m drinking throughout the day. It’s helped so much—I’ve even been able to start working out again without any impact to my supply (this is actually the first time I haven’t had to supplement with formula which I’m really happy about!)**added bonus— I also add it to my toddlers’ water! I have 3 kids (3, 2 & 5 months) and now they all get to benefit from the electrolytes. It’s tasteless & free from all the junk that’s marketed toward kids these days— a win win for parents everywhere. (& I know it works because we just spent 3 days at Disneyland & had zero meltdowns! (Properly) Hydrated kids are happier kids!!)Highly recommend Salties for all the mamas out there!

Super Salty on your tongue! But not so in your drink.
It really fits the bill, quick and easy. One of us likes it as drops directly on the tongue (yikes! super salty!), but for the other a half dozen drops in a tall glass of water and Zoooom! Ready to go back to work. We have a little organic farm and all summer we need a little extra electrolytes to help keep the hydration going. We use a variety of products, but this one is on the less expensive side and is handy to take with us places and just works. Haven't tried it in my coffee or beer yet, but I can't even taste a double dose in my water glass.

Easy hydration for my toddler
I use these in my toddlers water bottle everyday! Gives me peace of mind that he’s getting extra electrolytes specially in these hot days. He’s not a fan of pedialyte or drinks like that. Not even a fan of juice. But loves his water. So this is great and water does not taste salty if you use correct measurements

Basically tasteless, great!
When used in the amount recommended on the bottle, I could not taste this literally at all in water. Because I tend to sweat a lot and have POTS, I add at least twice the suggested starting amount and though it does add a very slight saline-like flavor, I actually really like that- it gives me water a bit of actual taste I find pleasant. But like I said, if you stick to lower amounts, tasteless. I haven’t tried it in anything but water so far.

Amazing product!
Being from a place that’s hot most of the year, it’s easy to become dehydrated. That’s why my family and I love Salties — it’s so easy to boost your hydration with just a few drops into any drink of your choice. Salties doesn’t change the flavor of the drink, which is pretty awesome. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add more electrolytes into their diet!

Animal Poison Control said NOT to give electrolytes to dogs!!
I intended to give the product 5 stars until I saw you are recommending that people give these to their dogs. I was just on the phone with animal poison control a few days ago about another issue and I asked if it was dangerous to share my electrolyte water with my dog and they said YES, IT IS DANGEROUS TO GIVE DOGS ELECTROLYTES because they can get too much electrolyte in their system too easily and have toxicity and they are especially sensitive to salt and potassium. And since you are giving that dangerous advice I'm wondering how accurate your health claims are for humans and if I should actually trust your product at all.And can you imagine the situation I'd be in if I followed your advice and your drops killed my service dog???? You clearly are not looking out for my interests.

Great if you just want electrolytes and no additives
I can't have sweeteners and am trying to avoid sugar. It's been impossible to find an electrolyte product that just has the salts with no sugar, stevia, flavoring, colors, etc. These drops have been a godsend for me. You honestly can't taste them, they just make water taste a little softer. I think they'll last a long time, too.
