Right side speaker not work, need sorting have no idea how to return this item for replacement.

I bought this as a replacement for a new faulty headset unit. It turned out to be easier to buy a new one that to have to exchange lots of calls and emails with the dealer and manufacturer, neither of whom were that helpful. This unit worked well but I have reduced a number of stars since I was annoyed with the lack of support.

Ho acquistato questo kit per poter predisporre altri caschi all'uso dell'interfono, ottimi, si sente e si parla molto bene, poi in base al casco che si utilizza bisogna sistemare bene gli auricolari, ma è molto semplice, Spedizione eseguita nei termini e ben confezionata. Prodotto che consiglio vivamente.
