A good expanding file
It seems to be well-made, but the dividers -although strong- lack the stiffness of heavier card (I had a 30-year old Paragon file which held up well, but I couldn't find another one to replace it). Still, this Q-Connect does have (sealed) cardboard inserts for the front & back so it doesn't warp as I'm trying to find something.I wish it had more than the 19 dividers, like 20 or 21, but it doesn't. I simply have to group my letters together more than I did with the previous expanding file. Also, I wish the pockets were a ½-inch deeper. The way that they are, I have to make sure that each item is pushed to the very bottom or it'll obscure the alphabetical tabs (bad luck if they're wider than A4!).

Quality ok but thought it would have thought some sort of device to keep The whole file in a closed position when not in use would have been handy. Had to put elastic band around it? Sure it would be a simple enough thing to add. I thought all files of this type had some sort of device to do that. I may not have bought it if I'd realised there wasn't one.
