We've only had this pan for a few weeks but it has been excellent so far and using it almost daily.It is certainly professional quality and a very sturdy pan. Perfect for induction hobs. The thick base retains heat really well and the non stick is amazing. We have cleaned it in the dishwasher with no problem but accept that this may reduce the lifespan of this pan.This pan is shaped very much like a flat bottomed wok/ sautee pan in that it has quite deep edges. The 30cm is at the upper rim of the pan so the base for cooking is certainly not 30cm. It can just about fit two slices of bread side by side at the base to give an idea of the size.This is perfect for stir frys, bolognese, stews, currys etc but if you want to use it for pancakes or traditional fry up to fit lots of flat objects in the same pan then I would look elsewhere.Definitely recommended as an excellent sautee pan.

So far so good. Only had this pan for about a month but I have used it a lot and it is perfect, nothing sticks to it - so far! and I have cooked pancakes on shrove Tuesday and they were perfect plus fried eggs omelet etc have all been successful. Pan takes slightly longer to heat up than I am used to and it is quite heavy but once it gets going I would definitely recommend. Also bought in the sale a bonus!

Used for about a month now. Still non-stick! It's a little heavy, but really solid and even heat distrubution. One of the best pans I've bought.

This pan is really heavy and that makes it a little difficult to manage. Not like you can easily flip stuff in the pan. My wife finds it really heavy and had to use two hands to lift.Also the heat that comes up from the pan is unbearable. It makes it difficult to stir stuff as the heat burns the hand. I have never experienced this from any other pan and would not buy again. The heat emitted from the pan when cooking is a lot and makes it very uncomfortable

Calls itself a french skillet. But it’s basically a frying pan with higher than average sides. Does pancakes and omelettes with ease. Whilst also being able to do stir fry’s and Thai curry’s. And a bit of pasta sauce too. All with a very high quality non stick surface and a lifetime guarantee

I bought this frying pan as a replacement for another Circulon pan which I had had for a number of years. I run a Bed & Breakfast so these pans get a lot of use. This one is just as good as the last one with the exception that it's extremely heavy - much heavier than my other one. This is probably because the handle is metal whereas my last one had a plastic handle. It's so heavy that it's difficult for me to hold with my left hand in order to get eggs etc. out of it. Other than this, it's a great product.

So far so good, nice heavy pan, robust in feel and performs very well... looking forward to seeing how well the non-stick surface material survives.

Nice pan. I call mine peter - works great but you have to belive...Edit - after a year and a half now things sticking and i think i will have to get a new one (not this again). For the price was hoping for some better value.

These pans are my favorite and it’s hard to find these exact ones that are useable on induction in the US anymore!! Had to order international but turned out great!

Tous les poêles sont maintenant aussi utilisables sur induction, mais...les plupart des poêles ne le sont à peine. S'il faut attendre 10 min avant que ça chauffe....on perd beaucoup d'électricité. Ce qu'on économise sur le prix d'une poêle bon marché, on perd en energie.Cette poêle est parfaite pour induction, un peu chère mais très réactive sur l'induction. Le revêtement est, jusqu'ici utilisable sans ajout de graisse pour cuire,pas de problèmes d'accrochage, et bien sûr très facile à nettoyer après.Par contre, cette poêle est très lourde : 1750 gr. Le fond est 23 cm. Le haut : 31,5 cm.J'ai aussi acheté la sauteuse la plus petite : fond 15,5 cm, le haut 21,5 cm (800 gr). Assez grand pour 2 morceaux de viande, ou poisson.A recommander.

Stufo di comprare padelle antiaderenti economiche ogni anno, ho optato per una spesa maggiore e sono pienamente soddisfatto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, è una padella robusta e consistente, che una volta scaldata, basta pochissima fiamma per completare la cottura. Fondo antiaderente fantastico e robusto. Per essere sicuro di non rovinarla, non la lavo in lavastoviglie ma a mano. Unico difetto (se vogliamo consideralo come tale) è il peso ma forse sono abituato a padelle più spartane e perciò è solo una questione di abitudine.

GRANDE padella e con un rivestimento nero molto efficace. Solida, pesante, la uso tutti giorni, e si mette in lavastoviglie!!!!

Koche gerne damit ,gute Qualität ,sehr zufrieden auch für diesen Preis .Würde wieder Kaufen .
