Bosch2607010909 Tough Box for Jigsaw and Sabre Saw Blades

This is a solid and functional piece of equipment which, as you might expect, has a feeling of quality.The one bit of information I wanted before I got it, that I couldn't find anywhere, was the internal dimensions of each compartment.There are 4 compartments, 2 each side when you open it, with a clear plastic snap-closed cover on each side covering each pair of compartments. The internal dimensions for each compartment are around 159x25mm as I measure it. So now you know.Perfect size for storing not only jigsaw/sabre blades, but also mini hacksaw blades to stop them going rusty or missing in a drawer somewhere.

sturdy Bosch box same quality as other kit

This is really well built but so incredibly expensive for what it is. It’s a shame that more companies don’t make them and then it might make them price them more competitively. You open up the main case easily enough, but then there are plastic flaps over the 2 compartments. For some reason they decided to make it as difficult as humanly possible to open the plastic flaps. It makes it dangerous since you’re trying to get your fingers jammed in to a certain bit just to open them and if you’re not careful then the blades will jump out and cut you.

Very neat, well designed storage box for small items. I'm using it to keep all my jigsaw blades in one place. Looks like it's built to last.

Well made box. Some reviews point out issues with difficulty opening the inner compartments. I didn't find this a major problem. Whilst using my finger under the opening tab, I ease the pressure off the little retaining bumps with my thumbs. Quite happy with the product

Feels strong and well made. There's enough room for standard jigsaw blades and drill bits though very long jigsaw blades won't fit.

Attractive box but seems over-engineered for carrying jigsaw blades. Essentially a box within a box. And too small for the blades of my Bosch cordless reciprocating saw.
