Had to write a review after using this little gem for the mowing season! Even dubious pro-lawncare guys were totally amazed by how versatile and long-lasting the battery time was! Perfect for tight areas not easily accessed by my rider-mower. Great for touchups between regular mowes! Have yet to run out of battery time as well! Lightweight enough for elderly woman to operate too! Give it a try ..you will definitely be impressed!

Light strong and well built

I was concerned that batteries would not yield enough power ot mow. Its great that this is not the case. The mower purchased came without batteries. I bought four after market batteries that givemore powerthan OEM for less than the manufacturer's price. I can mow with one set while charging the other. My first use allowed me to mow for about an hour befor needing charging. I find the price for batteries and mower to be very high. But, not having to use extension cords is good. Also, no gas, oil and lower maintinance and noise levels may make up for the expense. I am mowing a Western yard with clumps of tall grass to provide visible pathways to avoid rattle-snakes. The height adjustment is just barely enough, but the mower works great!

I have been with Sunjoe/Snowjoe products for years. I am happy with them until I received this Sunjoe lawn mower. I hope I must not return it; but it blades do not work at all (self propeller works very well). I felt sad to return it.

After a few months, my SunJoe developed a tear in the cord that runs from the starter to the machine, thus it would not start. I see this as a design flaw. If you get a machine like this, protect this cord with a dowel rod wrapped with electrical tape so that it does not bend or get caught on brush or limbs. I was instructed to send it back to factory which I did 5/2022. Cust Svc dept not responsive in replacing my machine. They keep emailing me the same message: Here is your return mailing tag. Wrap up machine and take to UPS. I got 5-6 of these emails even after they received the machine on 6/6/2022. No refund, no replacement, no machine, yet it is still under the original 2 yr warranty. After 5 weeks I am going to write to Joe Cohen, President of SunJoe and let him know if this takes any longer, we are going to have to go talk a judge in small claims court to find out why they have stolen my lawnmower. I think SunJoe's customer service dept is somewhere in this galaxy but definately not on this planet.

Gets the job done nicely with a lot of options to customize your mow like a height adjuster and plug for mulching the debrees back into the lawn. Very helpful! The battery lasts pretty long. I've learned to break up my mowing into front yard and back yard so I can finish in one battery charge. If you want it all done in one day and have a medium size yard then I'd say invest in some extra batteries to swap in when the two it requires are done. Then you can keep going.
