We bought this bracelet in November only wore it a few times and the latch broke in June. The company would not repair or replace because of their 30 day warranty. It was very expensive so now we are stuck with a broken bracelet that our jeweler will not touch because they say it is proprietary to that company. I will never purchase from this company again

Bracelet was smaller than described but even still would have been smaller than what I needed. That's on me. Was ready to pay more to go up in size and stated as much on my return request. Seller decided to charge a restocking fee. It's their prerogative to do so, as is mine to leave this review. Buyer beware. You better be damn sure you're getting what you need, in the exact size you need it in. I will stay clear in the future.
