Chilling
I was interested in this book because it was an inspiration for Peter Silberman (lead singer of Antlers) when he wrote the lyrics on the Hospice album. It was interesting to see which parts inspired the songs. The ending is very chilling so you have to read it for the ending. My only complaint is it’s short (about 120 pages) but that only goes to show how much I was enjoying it.

Love this book
I think we will all find a bit of Sylvia in us! She is one of those love and hate characters.. I have gifted this to many friends who all said this is one book that they will not forget!

Powerfully real and raw
Like the jazz and 60s beatnik backdrop of New York, this story rolls and clashes and then hums in powerful stillness. A powerful and raw testament of fated young love.
