Q: Would these be helpful if I have high arches? I'm thinking about replacing the current insoles in a pair of (quite flat) Nike shoes.

They do have quite a high arch support in them. Best support I have ever tried & have totally cured/relieved my plantar fasciitis pain.

Q: I am between a UK7 and UK8 - What size should I order? The shoes I would like to try them in first are HiTec walking shoes size 8.

Looks like your size 7>8 is missing from the site. 6 or 8/8.5 wide. Anyway I didn't like them. I found them hard & unforgiving. Uncomfortable. I always go for the cheap Tartan type & stick them in 2 at a time. When they get flattened, chuck them & put in another pair. That's what I do. Good luck
