Excellent value
Great suction, always returns to docking station. It comes with a remote if you would prefer not using the app, but the app is great. Can set vacuum times and power. Battery is decent but depends on the mode being used. Three diff modes that will determine suction power. Easy to clean and comes with extra filter, brushes and cleaning tool! Great product no complaints.

Perfect for a budget friendly robot
For the price this robot has the versatility, suction power and WiFi capabilities which is very comparable to other brands such as iRobot and others. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for an easy and reliable device for sweeping your home.

Stopped working. No support
This stopped working after a couple of uses. It kept disconnecting from the network and then stopped working all together. I only had it for 6 months. Customer support will not get back to me.

Worked great until I needed replacement brushes....
Bought this on sale and loved this vacuum. It worked great until I needed to replace the front spinning brushes. The brand does not make any replacement brushes at this time and I am unable to find any others that will fit this model. Feels like a waste now. Next time I will probably just bite the bullet and get the Roomba brand instead as they have replacement parts for their models available.

Stopped working
Stopped working after 27 days- kept getting lost. Thankful it had the decency to give me trouble in the 30 day window so I could get a refund.

Great if you want piles of hair left everywhere
This thing left piles of hair all over the carpet. It did not clean the floors at all. Then when I tried to send it back through the free returns from amazon, the wanted to me to pay for shipping. Boo on the product and boo on amazon!

So needy
This robot is pretty terrible at avoiding obstacles and needs constant assistance. I might as well be up and running a push vacuum. It does terrible with hardwood to rug.It doesn't return to it's base when full of stuff hair, just waits until brush is stuck and calls out for help... Every few minutes. Not to mention the dust bags for the collection are $75 for 10. Not happy with my purchase.

Not suitable for carpets or rugs
The media could not be loaded. I got this product as I have 14 indoor cats at home. Yes 14 🐈 😻. I have vinyl flooring and 1 fairly large rug. And it works perfectly on vinyl collecting ALL the cat hair and dust, but it only collects hard bits from the rug but does not pick up hair from the rug, I have to use hoover on that.I used to hoover several times a day to stay on top of the hair the cats shed, it was exhausting. I now hoover twice a week as this mini hoover does the daily job for me. I thought id give this item a go and it was a successful purchase. It has 2 brushes on the side and a few power suction speeds (I always use the highest suction). And it manages to collect all sorts from the floor, small and large bits of dry cat food, dust, hair, litter, anything that comes its way it will take. The size of the suction hole is about the size of a finger which seems to do the job. And the size of the container that collects the rubish is quite good as it goes around my 2 bedroom flat in every room and seems to fill up the container. When I first uses it, the container was filling up fast as it was accessing areas like under sofas and beds. But since im using it daily, obviously the dust/hair/rubish is much less and thats why the container is full after finishing the whole flat.I haven't timed how long it takes to charge but its not long at all. When it runs out of power, I'd charge it for 10mins and it can go for a good 20min hoovering from that 10min charge. I noticed when its fully charged it can run for under an hour on high speed going in every room in the flat. When its power level gets low, it takes itself to the charging station. It has a lovely safety feature which allows you to turn it off from inside as my cats tend to stand on it and turn it on accidentally so this function is handy for me.It doesn't like wires as they will get hooked on the 2 brushes. It has a variety of different ways you can ask it to clean, straight lines, squares, zigzags, spot clean, and you can even manually control it with the remote control telling it which direction to go.I installed the OKP App which allows me to use more functions than the remote offers. I like that the app lets me know when the filter needs cleaning too. The App also shows you a map of the arra it has cleaned and percentage of the charge in it.Honestly, this was a good purchase and I highly recommend it.

So far so good but ...
We have already grown quite fond of our new robot friend who does a pretty good job of cleaning our hard floors and rugs. But I cannot open the app abd that concerns me a little. I can't register it for its warranty and I can't control it from my phone. However the remote control is fine. Time will tell if it continues to work as well but we're happy with it so far.

Does not want to charge fully :(
I really love the design, how quiet this vac is and how it really does suck this up....when its charged that is! Sadly it doesn't want to stay charging on its doc. Initially when you place it on its docking station, the blue light will flash to say its charging, but then after a few minutes, turns itself off. Therefore never gets a full charge. I can only use it in a small area to clean before its completely out of battery power, which is very annoying. The other point is you need to have a good, clear WIFI signal, you have to be able to download their app for it to work and the 2Ghz type, which is rather challenging for me as I'm not techy at all, plus I have an old phone. If I could return it, I would sadly, as its only doing a small proportion of the job that I need it for :(

Exceeded my expectations so I bought another!
I have ADHD and OCD; so let me start it off with that it was an impulsive purchase to start of with and I was a little ehhh but it came, I set it up and let it charge and as you’d probably expect I got side tracked and that’s when I was like I’ll give this a whirl. So on my phone I loaded up the app and let it do its thing(it also comes with a remote in case you was wondering and you can link them to an Alexa) and then when I came back to it; the room was clean and it was self-charging; all I could think was wow! You can even let them do there thing at night on quiet mode and set schedules; I’m a bit of a geek so the idea of a robovacuum intrigued me anyways but it turned out to be more convenient than I thought so I bought another and they’re called R2-Clean2 & Lm0p-4u(I’ll attach a pic). I definitely would recommend but just keep in mind it isn’t a replacement for vacuuming yourself (obviously, as they can’t walk up stairs and get behind certain areas ect) but they do hoover up and mop (again obviously lol) but other then that great addition for the home!
