I have a small pill to give my Australian Shepard. He’s very picky and can detect a tiny pill a mile away! But he just eagerly gobbles up these little snacks. Love them, they make my life much easier and less stress on my pup.

I have a 14 year old Pomeranian with heart problems. We just started him on medication 2X a day. The last thing I'd want is to be forcing him to swallow a pill every day. I just don't want to put him through that kind of stress.I was hoping I could give it in a treat but he can be picky at times. Therefore, I ordered numerous different pill hiding treats to see what he liked best. I did my little taste test today. He absolutely didn't like the Greenies Hickory smoke pill pocket. He kind of likes the Vetoquinol Pill wrap. But, the Scripts Pill Pals he liked the best and I just gave him his pill with these.So, I'll definitely be buying more. Your experience might be different as taste can be subjective. But my dog thinks these are good.

We only gave 3 stars out of respect, we could not give five, and did not want to give less then 3 because it could be our dogs are just picky, and if that is the case then it would not be fair to the seller to give less then 3. Our dogs just sniff them and moved there mouth away from them, they would not even pick them up in there mouth to try to eat them, so that means they did not even like the smell of them at all, that is what we are thinking, still have them but will give them away to some friends or family to try since we have tried given them to them a few more times with the same results above, too bad as we hope they would have loved them. the shipper got them to us very quickly so thanks there. we did not try to return them since we open them and tried them, we figured that is right to send them back since it could be cause of picky dogs......sorry we can not give higher views....

Unfortunately, saying "take this pill or you're going to die" doesn't work very well. Thankfully, Pill Pals do work well! I held the Pill Pal out to my cat and she tired to knock it right out of my hand. She couldn't get it in her mouth fast enough. I was SO excited! I like these better than Pill Pockets. These aren't as sticky and seem to have a more natural texture to them.I was a little hesitant to try these at first because there is no mention of cats on the package. I took the chance because other cat owners left great reviews, and I'm so happy I did. These Pill Pals make medicine time so much easier, and less stressful, for me and my Missy.

The only issue is, there is no hole in which to insert pill, so I have to try to try to push pill into it, which can be done, as the treat is flexible. But my 3 dogs, all on medication, like the treats. Verdict: treat worksand dogs enjoy their pills.

Thank goodness for these...my kitty ate the Greenies pill pockets for a little while but then would no longer eat them (and as a result, his medicine). These were the replacement and he never got tired of them. They are also a lot easier to shape around the pills and stayed soft without crumbling like the Greenies did after about halfway through the bag. He liked these a lot more than the bacon-flavored pill wrap paste also - he wasn’t picky but wanted nothing to do with that. They helped keep him taking his medicine and alive with me so much longer than if the Greenies were the only option! You can break off a piece of the nugget-type soft treat to wrap around the pills...not truly a pocket but still work just fine!

The description says it is for cats or dogs. But when you get the package it clearly says ‘for dogs only’. The package is slightly different than the package. And I had already opened it so I doubt I can return. Not happy!

I’m so grateful for these and to the other reviewers who said they give this to cats, because at first glance it looks like it is only for dogs. My cat was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and needs to take medication in the morning and evening. The first couple days I tried giving it to him in food and it was difficult and messy. Then I ordered these. It’s easy to wrap around the pill, much quicker than trying to deal with food, and my cat eats it readily. He is even waiting and meowing for it when I get home from work now.
