Let down by poor adhesive
I have used breath Right extra's for several years, they are very good but extremely expensive for what they are so I tried these. They are longer and thinner than the breath right extra and the "pull" outwards of the nostril is not as strong, however the main problem is the glue. Breath right uses a white sticky glue that is extremely adhesive, Beter Breath use a clear glue that is no where near as good. Before applying the strips I always wash and meticulously dry my nose, using several applications of toilet tissue to ensure no moisture is present. This is effective for Breath Right as they are always still firmly attached in the morning and need a good tug with water to release them. Unfortunately these strips do not adhere as good and the strip peeled itself off after a few hours in bed. Pity as they are far cheaper than Breath Right but quality wise, far inferior, I will give them another go just to make sure, but looks like they are going via the bin and I will stick with Breath RightUpdate: I tried a second time. The first strip stayed on for three hours before peeing off, I applied a second strip and went back to sleep, that one also last approx three hours before it peeled off one side. Pity, but the glue is not man enough for the job so cannot use them

Don't stay stuck
Bought these as a cheaper alternative to Breathe Right strips for use when running. They work OK initially but the adhesive doesn't last and they always ping off one side or the other - usually after about a mile or so.They may be OK for non-sporting activities (like sleeping!) - but I wouldn't recommend for anything where you may get a sweat on. I generally found the Breathe Right strips would stay stuck on regardless - so, as with most things, you get what you pay for.

I used to snore like a fog horn, no joke.
I wish I had come across these 20 years ago. Before these I constantly woke myself up from loud snores, and I often found my partner asleep in the spare room.I have a large nose so bought the large but I did try the medium before and there is a huge difference between the two. The medium has quite a strong plastic spine to it so it really opens up the airway however in the morning my nose felt a little sore. The large is quite a step up in size but I found it more gentle and still works very well. The tack or stickyness is very impressive, these baby's will not come off in your sleep and at first felt like I was pulling the first two layers of skin off when trying to remove it. So a simple solution, I stick it on my palm first to ease off the tack then stick it on my nose or take it off in the shower. Works a treat.

Definitely helps me breathe more easily when laying down.
I bought these as I find it difficult to breathe when laying down and they do definitely help. It is difficult to decide which size to use as I have used both the small/ medium and the large and the large do tend to stay on better but probably are not as efficient for me. As with most things that stick on it is essential to get the skin completely clean and oil free before applying otherwise they will not stick. I guess the thing is if they did not work I would not keep on buying them but I am on my 6th pack so it is obvious that they do at least for me. I would recommend trying smaller packet first to see if these are the right size for you before buying such a large pack.

Quality problems
I ordered a first batch, and they worked well for me (provided the skin was thoroughly washed before applying). I was about to leave a five star review, as they were cracking value. I then ordered a second batch of 100. These were apparently identical, but were in fact useless. Hardly stuck, usually came off within a few hours. Also very itchy, which would sometimes wake me up.So, inconsistent quality control. Presumably explains some of variation among review comments.Have gone back to the BRAND. No choice, sleep important...

Brilliant
I got these as a cheaper alternative to Breath Right strips, which are very expensive, for my wife who has been diagnosed with a deviated septum. Her nose gets very bunged up so she needs them all the time. I also use them at night to help me breath better as well. We have had no problems with these at all. They stick very well to our noses and stay on all night. We both breath better, especially my wife. Excellent purchase, will be buying these again. Thank you.

Great sturdy product which sticks for hours.
Great value product. Adheres firmly to the nose and stays there for hours expanding the nasal airway. Peels off completely and isn't irritating whilst on the nose. In the high street you'd pay a vast amount for a thinner product with poor adhesion, which is irritating to the skin and peels off after a few hours.Get this one, it is far superior and much less cost.

Not an exact replica but does the job you want it to do.
After using the Breathe Right brand, I was looking for something a bit cheaper. It was costing me £13 per month using Breathe Right.the Better Breathe worked out to be about £3 per month. The shape and size is identical to both brands. I have had some issues with the more expensive brand sticking capabilities. Some times it wasn't sticky enough and on two occasions it was so sticky it removed a piece of skin from my nose, both times leaving a hole and it bleeding.Whilst this brand isn't as sticky(a good thing) it does hold for a whole night.the plastic strips in the 'Plaster' aren't as rigid as the more expensive brand so placement needs to be more exact. but if you get the placement correct you will still get the desired result.
