This 3 layer filter works well to removes contaminants from the air. I've had my unit for over a year and I am amazed at the amount of dirt and micro particles this filter captures.A big plus is the outer blue filter can be washed or vacuumed which came in handy when we were doing remodeling and were able to wash that one filter which captures dust and larger particles and thereby not having to replace all 3 layers especially since the hepa filter was not dirty. This saves money.I like the different speeds although I had to reread the directions a couple times to figure out how to operate the various settings. When you feel you need extra filtering just turn it up, otherwise set to auto and it senses and detects the air quality and adjusts the speed automatically.With all the information about IAQ..indoor Air Quality and the EPA...Environmental Protection Agency reports on the effects that poor air quality has on people, we need to listen and learn from the scientists. I educated myself and was surprised at the amount of unhealthy and sometimes dangerous toxins in our interior air. Our carpets, our furniture, our pets and more add all kinds of impurities into our air. Life threatening, maybe not, but who knows the long term effects certain containments can have on us.We breathe all day and night and for me it's a no brainer to take a few important steps to ensure my family is breathing healthy air.Just wish I had been doing this years ago, but better late then never.I guess I got carried away with my review, sorry about that...I suppose you can tell I like the product...a lot.

I love this air filter. I moved to AZ in the desert and there is a lot of dust. I never had allergies until moving here. It got so bad for me I couldn't breathe well and it made sleeping very uncomfortable. After doing some research I came across this Air Purifier and I now have it running 24/7. It made an enormous difference. These filters are super easy to install. You simply open the front, pop out old filters by grabbing the cloth pull tabs, get new filters and place them in with arrows pointing the right way, close lid and your done.One time I had to reset my air filter because it was telling me to replace the filters after I just did, I forget the steps but I googled it quickly and it took only a few seconds to reset the sensors. I have a pretty large bedroom and it has no issue filtering the entire room, even on quiet settings. You can make these filters last a year plus, especially if you remove them every few months and blow them out with an air compressor, or canned air if you don't have one. The thin blue filter can be wiped clean with a damp cloth, do not soak it, I did once before realizing it said to wipe clean, it did not ruin the filter but I had to wait for it to completely dry.I gave 4 stars because of the price, if they were a bit more affordable it would be 5 stars for sure, you do get a high quality product and great customer service with Oransi.

After intensive usage, my two machines began to make noises with fan function grating. I emailed the company, and the next day, two new machines appeared on my doorstep! That is service! The Oransi machines that I bought have made a huge difference in our comfort and allergy aggravation. Dog, and steamed carpet mildew, along with the cigarette odor from the previous homeowner were making our lives miserable. On a lark, I bought one machine, and because it seemed to be doing very well, I bought another for the bedrooms. YES! Worth the money, and especially appreciated is the great customer service. The filter replacement for the Oransi air purifier comes in an Oransi boxed set of three: a pre-filter, a HEPA filter, and a charcoal filter. These OEM filters from Oransi are much better quality (more filter material, higher density and weight, they even look better) product than the cheaper filter set knockoffs that are available at much lower price (which I’ve also ordered from Amazon and directly compared). In this case, the old adage is correct: you get what you pay for with these Oransi branded filter packs, and that’s a good thing.

First time using these. I sure hope they will help with keeping the air inside my house cleaner..especially now with winter coming up..I am using my wood stove.Says it's good for asthma and allergies 🤞🏻I find it a bit pricey..the unit itself is about $500. That's steep but worth it if it actually does what it says. I read reviews and the Oransi is one of the very top ones. So these filters are what we are relying on for clean air. I pray they work awesome!
