This is a useful product especially for those who suffer from back problems and the elderly who have to make their own beds. It's utility is that you don't have to lift up a heavy mattress and hold it up while tucking in the bedsheet. Just thrust the wedge under the mattress and it holds the mattress up. Using two wedges, one at each end is preferable but you can manage with just one if you move it along as you tuck in. The material is thick plastic and it can support a heavy mattress. Tucking in the bedsheet will still have to be done by you.
