Q: Why is this $45 when target sells it for 15??

It is not worth $15. The one I purchased had $14 on it. I am elderly and on a fixed income. I do not know how these venders sleep at night!

I bought one from this vender. It is not worth $2.00. It is a very cheap, thin piece of plastic and it still had the Target price on it for $14.00. I am elderly and on a fixed income. I bought this to put a smile on my granddaughters face. She needed it to go with her overpriced Halloween costume. I do not know how the sellers of this item sleep at night!!!
