Q: Do these contain suphites?

Not according to the contents on the back.

Q: If you boil them in the bag, would you be able to use the water to make a hot drink afterwards? Does the sticker come off when boiling?

I don't know if the sticker comes off. Personally I wouldn't use the boiled water to make a hot drink after cooking the meatballs, but why don't you try it at home first, and see what You think? Might be OK, I couldn't really comment having not tried it myself.
