OIL CASTROL MAGNA A3/B4 10W40

I have finally replaced my previous oil with this one. Found a garage who charged me for replacing the engine oil with my Castrol Magnetic. Not many garages want to use this superb oil, as they are only interested in maximising their own profit by using cheaper oils. What a difference it made to my 2002 Peugeot 206 petrol 1.4 with 85000 miles on the clock. The engine runs a lot smoother than it ever has and runs smooth right from turning key in the ignition. Please only use good quality oil, if you value your car. This product is good value from Amazon and it arrived well packaged and on time.

My car has a Honda second-generation 1.6 litre D series engine fitted. I started using Magnatec 10W40 from the day I purchased the car, changing the oil at the regular service interval of 6 months for the last 29 years.The engine runs as sweetly and quietly as it did the day I purchased the car, and I believe this oil has been a contributing factor to that. For those that don't know, this oil contains magnetised micro-particles that cause the oil to cling to ferrous metal surfaces inside the engine, so there' always a film of oil coating every moving part right from the moment you turn the ignition key. This combats the phenomenon that the oil in your engine isn't circulated to the parts that are moving against each other until the oil pump has built up pressure and has pushed the oil to all the critical locations that it needs to be whilst the engine is running.I've never looked at or considered any other motor oil for my car - it has to be Magnatec for me. Proved over 29 years of vehicle ownership with the engine running every day on this oil.

Bought in sale, cheap price for good oil. My motorcycle hasn’t broken down so I guess it works.

I have a CBF600 commuter and thought that I would cut my service costs by using this product. Having used expensive premium products before, I was hopeful that this would be a more affordable alternative.I do 85 miles a day commuting, on various roads in varying traffic; the bike can get hot for long periods of the journey.I know my bike now that I have done 63,000miles on it.Anyway, this oil was okay for a couple of weeks, but then I noticed more vibration, not a lot really, just enough for me to think that it wasn't happy with the oil anymore.I have now swapped it out for Castrol Power, which costs a bit more, and what a difference!

I've used Magnatec for many years on many vehicles, both petrol & diesel. Its a top quality oil & not too expensive. I've never found fault with it & have the peace of mind that my engine is protected from wear.

I purchased this oil for my 1989 12hp Briggs and Stratton ride on mower engine. The engine I am using this oil in is very old but has been recently rebuilt to remove all the sludge from inside. This oil makes a noticeable difference to the smoothness of the engine when it's running. There is less vibration and sounds nicer as well. It seems extremely high quality oil which I now certainly recommend and will be buying again in the future. If you have any older engines then this oil is probably the best one to use, It will also work very well in new engines as well. I am rating this oil five stars.

Been able to use this bundle for the last 2 or 3 oil changes. This is a great bundle, but even the price of one 4ltr Magnatec is the cheapest I have found anywhere. Will definitly use again.

So many people always say there is no need to be buying more expensive branded oil or other products for your car or van or whatever you may have. Well from my experience with Castrol your paying extra for amazing quality stuff. And I am perfectly happy doing that, as I want my engine to last. I drive an MG ZR diesel which has a Powertrain Ltd diesel engine, who make engines for industrial vehicles mostly, so therefore my engine would tend to be quite rowdy and loud even when idling. In 2 years I have used whatever 10 w 40 oil that I could get, and it never softened or smoothed my engine anywhere near what this stuff did. Everything felt and sounded so well oiled and protected. Highly recommended for anyone who actually cares about their engine's lifespan.
