My family plays a lot of games when we all get together. I was looking for a new style of game that we all can play together that has a wide age range. This one is it! I wouldn't advise this game as the one for you and your drinking buddies. We all decided that if we had tried this for New Years Eve it may not have been so all inclusive. Maybe your family is different, but as for me I can't drink and think through this stuff very well. We all loved the game. I was told after I left, the family woke up the next day and started it all over again. Now I'm considering buying another so we can increase the number of players. I felt this game was a good value and the rules were fairly simple. Our youngest player was 6 and oldest was 60. We all played at similar levels. Great playability.

The game is made of wooden blocks which will last longer. It was cheaper than some of the other games I saw. I am not disappointed. It is quiet challenging. It is for children 6 and up. They are probably better at this game than some adults. It is a brain challenge

Nice quality and fun game, but definitely not for preschoolers. I tried it with 3 preschoolers and 2 kindergarten kids. It was too difficult and they became frustrated. The grade school kids loved it, however.

The Match Puzzle game is a big hit in our household!So much so, that I started giving this as a gift to all our family & friends for birthdays.It's great for all ages. The initial game is for 4 players, but additional games can be purchased for more players in multiples of 4.The spatial coordination it provides the user is a great educational learning tool, for both young children & adults.The game provides friendly competition as we race to solve the puzzle and hit the bell first.A great activity without screens!

My 6 year old son loves playing this game with daddy and his 81 year old grandma. They all have fun. The bell makes it more intense. So easy to play, but can also be challenging. We love it and take it to other family gatherings too!

I ordered this to play with my grandsons, ages 9 and 6. The 9 year old and I tried playing, just the two of us, and it’s much more challenging than I expected or hoped. I doubt that I will be able to interest the 6 year old at all. The 9 year old might humor me one more time, but that’s a crap shoot. I tried to match my blocks to a few cards myself and it was hard figuring out which block combinations worked, so I question if 3 year olds would do more with these blocks than build towers. It’s a well made game and it’s very satisfying to ring the bell when you finally figure one out, but not much fun when the other players have abandoned you, and no one hears the bell but you.

After reading reviewers playing this game with grandkids, I bought for Christmas gathering. To my surprise, even my husband willingly engaged in play with our grandsons and we were all hooked. I love the quality of the wooden blocks and chose this product over a more advertised version because of the difference I read regarding plastic pieces on the other and wood here. Also the bell is a fun addition! Highly recommend. Get 2 boxes for more than 4 players.
