I have been an electronics hobbyist since 1970 - I have several multimeters, each has it's own unique use. Like most multimeters (where general testing is being carried out, especially where any mains testing is being carried out ), you need three hands, one hand for each test lead and one to hold the test instrument itself - two test leads are always supplied - it would be so much easier if only one of the test leads, instead of being a point probe., were to be supplied with an insulated, decent sized, crocodile clip, or one that could be fitted where required. As for the multimeter itself, I needed one that would fit into my travel/tool bag, this unit is perfect (being mobile phone size) - The purchaser may find it pretty much impossible to follow the included instruction manual, it using terms quite unrelated to the device itself. Nevertheless I have come to like this unit, I find it to be very useful both in my hobby and in general electrical repairs - and rechargeable!!!

The media could not be loaded.  It came and with great care I unwraped it, yes everything was there 3rd time luck I thought read the minute instructions booklet (yes I wear bins but needed a magnifier to read the print) popped it on charge light turned red switched on straight into auto mode inpressed so easy to use 😀 everything seemed fine o lord thank you, got a test battery 4.14v switched over to manual o no not again won't zero move the wires lots of dancing numbers see video I also got different reading on the test battery 4.17v back to auto 4.14 back to manual 4.13v o dear the little laser stead fast and true even when I wiggle the wires it dont flinch test battery 4.14v numbers straight back to zero I had hopes for this new one but back it goes again number 3 was not lucky for me shame really I loved the look and the simplicity of the auto use, but I can not be doing dancing numbers and the 750mAh battery that powers the unit is going to be a bugger to change when it gives up the ghost??? Only 1 star from me

This is one of the best kits around today, I’ve looked and finally found the perfect tool for one of my employees.

I fell for this little guy at first sight. Next level of measurements . Have a tiny little light which is very helpful when pitch black and have no other source of light. What I love most about it is the fact that charges from any USB source (charger , power bank laptop etc.) and can say good bye to normal batteries .

i like the fact that it is rechargeable. my only complaint is that the instructions are impossible to read without a magnifying glass!

All functions work fine and probes are built well. Case is a little light duty. Would not want to drop it. Nice carry case. Have not figured out how to turn off audible ohms or just select ohms reading.
