Vapur10277 - Gradient 0.7L Anti-Bottle (Malibu Teal)

When these arrived, I couldn’t wait to bring them when I’m traveling because of the compact ability and great solid quality. Great product overall.

I ordered three of these bottles. One arrived and leaked soon after from the bottle section. Another has started leaking from the top part of the bottle where the top screws in after a year.

I have been using the Vapur water bottles for 7 years and love them. I've tried some 20 different bottle designs and stopped looking after the Vapur. In fact, it is the only water bottle I use, 24x7 all year. Compared to other water bottles, the quick flip open and smooth drinking sluice stays pretty clean, it is very light weight, it gets smaller when it holds less water, and is unbreakable. I highly recommend it.I want to share some practical experience:If you roll it up or just keep it empty for a long time, it could become moldy inside. In a humid environment when traveling in Hong Kong, this happened to me. Better to keep it filled with water. Or, if it is empty, unscrew the top and let it dry out. I normally never try to roll it up.. it takes little space when empty and flat anyway.About leakage: It will not leak unless the stopper wears out or the top was not screwed in tightly or there is dirt jamming the threads or o-ring. In my experience, the stopper lasts a good 2 years of daily use.Good practice: before putting it in a bag that will not hold it vertical, turn it upside down and shake it for 20 sec. If drops keep coming out (ignore the little bit of water that can be in the two V shaped nooks where the top screws in) with every shake, then it has started to leak. The Vapur site sells replacement tops. The stopper will wear out before the body.When my previous top started leaking recently, I looked at it carefully and the outside ridges of the stopper were visibly uneven/worn out.Better way to detect stopper leaking early: fill the bottle halfway, leaving some air inside. Snap the lid closed and squeeze with a few ounces of force. If air hisses out, then it will leak. This will detect slow leaking possibilities before the 'turn upside down and shake" method. A new bottle will not let air hiss out.I only clean it by hand, not in the dishwasher. A Q-tip can help clean around the stopper.

This water bottle seemed like a great idea. It worked the first time I used it, however, it did not last. It was used maybe three times and when I filled it for my plane ride home it started leaking from the part that connects the mouth piece to the plastic. I purposefully did not overfill the bottle to avoid this, but it happened anyway. I would not purchase this item again.The items was as described and I received it in a timely fashion. The buying experience was good.

I got this for traveling. Empty I can put it into the pocket of my leggings and super light. The lid was leakproof and easy to drink out of. There was NO gross plastic smell and no need to let it air out!

Light weight easy to carry on the go.

This thing is great! It weighs nearly nothing, so you can take it through airport checkpoints and then fill from a drinking fountain at the airport, or take it on a hike and use it and flatten it, roll it up and pop it into a relatively small pocket. My brother and his wife are cyclists and took theirs out when they first got them from Amazon as a surprise from me. He said that they loved them and use them now regularly.I like the fact that I can keep one rolled up in my purse, if I am out and about. I also have one rolled up inside the outer pocket of my dog's carrier. I usually take water for her, but sometimes we plan to be away just a little while and spontaneously decide on a longer trip. I keep a little bowl in there, too, so I can just walk up to a drinking faucet and get her some water and have some left over for later.It's the only bottle that I've ever found that was able to be reduced to a negligible size and weight when empty. I love it.

Did exactly what I needed it to do for two weeks, Moving around frequently, usually filled with water, attached to the outside of my seat rolling laptop bag. Highly recommend.

It broke off the clip after day 2 so not impressed.

Such a great water bottle for travel. Folds up to nearly nothing. Clip is handy to make sure it stays where you want it, whether full of water or rolled up. Highly recommend for minimalist travellers looking to save space.
