Product is OK, just a small glitch
The media could not be loaded. This product is good. But the packaging which I received is bad , product was slightly damaged, the can had a dent. Otherwise it I working wellOne thing to remember as soon as we replace water it doesn't work well, we have to once manually press the spring inside the cap to release some pressure, only then the tank will release the water automatically. This you have to remember when using this automatic dispenser.Otherwise I would say it's just OK. Good product.But yet again to remind that the CAN I recieved had damage due to very flimsy and poor packing.

Not a well engineered product
Not a well engineered product.. water is not coming out easily from the dispenser ...you have to tilt in certain degree and try for hours to get the right corner or right angle for the water to come out.... it's a big challenge...
