This supplement seems to be of good quality, with no extraneous ingredients. It is a vegetarian formulation, including the inert ingredients, so that is a positive in my view. These “other ingredients” are vegetable cellulose (for the capsule) and vegetable-sourced magnesium stearate.I have been conservative with the dosage, taking 1 capsule a day as needed (not daily) for over two months now. I have found out that this is still effective without making me sluggish or giving me brain fog. (Of course, the results might be different for someone taking the recommended dose of 3 tablets daily.)The only drawback I can think of is the price, which was $34.95 at the time I got it. This is quite high for a 30-day supply. However, that was an introductory price. As of the date of this review, the price had already been reduced by 20%. Therefore, it may end up being in line with other similar products; this would make it a viable option worth considering at this lower price point.

These are easy to swallow capsules. I did not notice any aftertaste or have any negative side effects from usage.

I should start by saying I have extreme anxiety so when these did not show that much result for me that could have been why. I loved the name Serenity as we are all looking for a little peace and quiet at the end of the day. The capsule was easy to swallow and did not taste awful. Also my biggest fear was nauseous and none came after trying serenity. I will continue to take and see if over time but I believe everyone is going to be different and some products work better for others. Find what works for you

I ordered these because I like to alternate between all natural calming substances (as for some reason my body seems to be more prone to developing a tolerance to nearly everything I take with extended frequency.) and so far I can see results.I feel calmer and more relaxed when taking these as directed, but I don’t feel like I’m zoned out at all, just more mentally mellow and able to brush off the things that used to plague me and disrupt my thoughts and emotions throughout the day and night.I like that there are no jitters or a hard crash as the effectiveness of this formula begins to wear off, the pills are easy to swallow (which is great because I’ve yet to meet a person who prefers to take a pill the size of their head.) and I definitely like that the formula is a combination of a multitude of things that work in conjunction with each other, but still… I’m not sold… why? The price.As goods as the formula is for me so far I doubt I’ll continuously purchase this particular product because although it says the bottle contains 90 pills , that is not a 90 day supply, but a 60.3 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️It has a lot of great selling points about it, but at the end of the day, I simply couldn’t help but think twice about ordering this again because of the retail price, though it might seem worth it to you.

First, I wish I'd fully researched every ingredient before I gave this product a trial. I am a woman who has been struggling with hormone balance, and apparently tongkat ali can increase testosterone in women as well as men (I had assumed it was like ashwagandha and was more adaptogenic in its effects—meaning that it would increase testosterone in men but not in women). I've noticed significantly more skin problems and increase in facial hair, which I had just gotten under control.The stress support side was okay, but not miraculous. I'm personally not a huge fan of supplements with magnesium stearate, so that's a negative for me but might not be for other people. Mainly my rating is for not including information about possible negative side effects for women. Some women probably won't experience a bad reaction because they're actually too high in estrogen, but that's not me (and a lot of women, with, for ex., PCOS, so at least 10%).I'd be asking for a refund if I hadn't received a free product; as it is, I will stop taking it and hope my symptoms resolve soon. Severe breakouts right around the holidays were not what I was hoping for—that tends to increase my overall stress instead of bringing "serenity"!

I am always trolling news and research about natural solutions to reduce stress and enhance my immune system and so have included all of these elements in my routine already. For anyone not interested in having a collection of jars to open every morning, this offers a nice consolidation, though the dosages are less than what I take. A really excellent formulation for about a dollar a day. Recommended.

This supplement has numerous ingredients, many of which have been used to promote relaxation and assist with sleep. Some of the ingredients also may provide health benefits as well.Personally, I’ve found that taking this supplement in the evening as much as 2 hours before bedtime is more beneficial than waiting until just before trying to sleep. This allows for the ingredients to be digested and the effects to have sufficient time to work. This supplement seems to work better when taken regularly.My experience may not be the same as yours. I recommend that you research the ingredients and discuss this, or any supplement with your healthcare provider prior to introducing it into your diet.The ingredients are GRAS (generally regarded as safe) but it’s best to be diligent and make informed decisions regarding what you put in your body.

I hope it works for whoever needs it 🤷 I've taken 5-HTP and St. John's Wort before and had immediate positive results. With that in mind, I haven't felt much out of these capsules yet.These may work well for your body chemistry, so I won't be too harsh on them, but I'm taking at least one star off for the price. At $35 for a 30 day supply, these would be the price of an actual prescription drug (or at least a few daily cups of Tension Tamer tea 😌)
