RubiesBoy's Classic Batman Costume

The Batman Children's Costume was a hit with my son. The stretchy material made it easy to get on and off, and the fit was perfect - not too tight or loose. My son loved pretending to be his favorite superhero and wore it for Halloween and playtime. Overall, this was a great, affordable costume that I would highly recommend it.

I was worried this would be a really cheap costume but it is surprisingly durable and my almost 4 year old LOVES it. The fit is great too (size S4-6 for a soon-to-be average size 4 year-old). I did go with the advice of another review and purchased a better mask. The separate mask is great but of course my son wants to wear the mask that came with the costume with the additional mask on top. Ha! The excitement on his face when he put on this costume was priceless so I'd say this was worth every penny.

My 2 year old (he has an older brother) is into Batman, actually obsessed. We got him this outfit for Christmas as he was borrowing the cape from his cousin's Halloween costume. We decided to go with this outfit instead of the toddler choice as he is on the cusp of sizes and this way we knew it would last longer. The costume is big, but the arms and legs roll up and stay nicely. The body part fits pretty well even though he is slim. He loves the hood/mask as the ears stand up perfectly and it comes over his eyes but he can also push it up to his forhead and it stays in place. My only complaint is that when I read the description before purchase, it said the hood and cape were one piece, which they aren't. The hood ties under his chin, the cape goes over his neck and ties in the back and the costume ties in the back. He has three bows around his neck region. The tie from the hood does seem to tickle his chin a bit, but overall I don't think he cares. However, this freaks me out as if someone steps on the cape (which does reach the floor) it will pull him back by the neck. The cape he was borrowing was one piece and velcroed by his chin which broke away when the cape was stepped on. Other than that I am happy to have it and he loves it.

We had a smaller size that has been through 3 boys Halloween's. Plus the additional wearing. Well, being the thrifty shopper I am, we typically buy the next year or two on clearance.Our 5 year old has fallen in love with re-wearing a costume that is too small for him. The costume has become so thin and thread bear that it actually stretched to meet his size (3yo and is now a small 5). Keep in mind he wears this DAILY when he gets home from school. Sometimes nearly the entire weekend.With all the washings, boy-activities in the house (we Live in North Pole AK, so we spend a LOT of time in doors). Sometimes we have super hero day and the boys all dress up and play in our indoor bouncy house and run around like mad-men.Highly recommend the Rubies costumes. I ordered the Batman suit for my great-nephew's 4 year old birthday party. The party stopped when he opened my gift- he had to put it on at once. All his friends at the party were in awe of "Batman." My nephew wore the suit, and slept in it, for days, only taking it off to bathe, and to have it laundered. My neice called me a few days after the party to tell me how much he was enjoying it, and that it was so nice that my nephew didn't get another toy to throw in the toy box after only a few hours of play. She also said that, unlike some play outfits she had bought before, this one came out of the wash looking good. It has been a few years since I have bought a gift for a little boy's birthday party, but it did make me feel good that the Batman suit was the gift that was loved the most.

He is in a size 4, it was a little big (we bought small) but not too big he couldn't wear it. He ran around and around and was very pleased

These days, kids' costumes seem to be thin pajamas, and this one was no exception. Having said that, it arrived promptly, and it fit my child reasonably well (I ordered a Small, which says 4-6, and also 3-4, whatever that means -- my son is a small 3 1/2 year old). The cape was not, as in the picture, floor-length, but that was a good thing, as he'd have tripped over it. The legs were a bit too long, but they fold up well. And the "shoe toppers" were no such thing, but he'll be wearing his own shoes anyway. Typical cheap costume, but nothing other than expected, and good delivery time.

Lo único es q la talla más chica no le quedó a mi hijo q apenas cumplió 3 años y mide 95 cm, el traje está padrísimo pero enorme como para niño de 5 años pero la capa y el cinturón si le quedaron y como tenía una pijama de Batman pues se los puse con esa, y el traje se lo guardaré para cuando le quede como en 2 años. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

Bon produit. Juste à sa taille pour 4 ans et 2 mois. Pour 4 ans et demi, je pense qu'il sera petit mais il fait plus que sa taille en cm.Je le recommande.
