They followed through on their promise and delivered the replacement mugs, which are the perfect size and work as expected. I'm very satisfied with the experience overall, and even though I was initially disappointed in the 12oz product, they made it right. Kudos and thanks!I bought two of these specifically because other similar mugs I bought recently were advertised as being 12oz mugs, and when I got them I made coffee with my Keurig and set it to the 12oz setting. It filled up the 12oz mug fine, but it didn't leave any room for coffee creamer unless I fill it all the way to the absolute top of the mug, which caused it to overflow once you screw the lid on. So I figured, ok, I'll get a 14oz mug and then it will be perfect. So I got these.Made the first round of coffee with the Keurig this morning, set it to 12oz, and it filled up the mug to the exact same level as the 12oz mugs. The only way this mug will hold 14oz is if you fill it up to the very tippy top. So to me, that is NOT a 14oz mug. A 14oz mug should hold 14oz of liquid without risk of spillage. This mug does not fit that description at all. So be warned that despite the description and the packaging stating it's 14oz, if you try to put 14oz of liquid in it, you're going to be cleaning up a mess.That said, as 12oz mugs go, these are nice. The grippy sides and bottom are a plus. The seal around the rim is liquid tight, and it does keep hot liquids hot for a long time. On those points, this product meets and exceed expectations. Just not on the capacity.

Guys I had a hard time trying to replace my special mug I lost at work. Given to me by grandpa. And this is the best replacement ever. It is the perfect mug!!!! First off the grip is awesome. Second of all the lid is my favorite part and is why I got this. It is a hole like a paper coffee cup would have and it isn’t a sliding clear plastic thing that breaks all the time. And the final advantage —— THE LID IS TWIST and also seal. I like the twist!!10/10 people. I am so happy.

First off, to heck with the straw, I got this for coffee! When closed it doesn’t leak. It’s comfortable in the hand. Only retraction, the rubber sleeve comes off easily.

This travel coffee cup is 12oz. which is a good enough size for me. However, while this cup is stainless steel, it does not keep my coffee hot for more than 3 hours at best. Not worth it to return it. But take note if you like your hot drink to stay hot MUCH longer than this cup allows.

My nephew destroyed my ceramic travel mug, so this is my replacement, I use it almost every day. It keeps your drink so hot, that I have to leave the lid off while I'm getting ready for work, otherwise it won't be drinking temperature by the time I'm ready to drink it. You can't even feel the heat through the outer sides of the cup. The flip lid is exactly what I wanted, it is easy to clean. As far as leak-proof, it can leak through the top of the flip lid, but honestly, no big deal, the twist lid with rubber gasket part doesn't leak at all. Comes with metal straw and straw cleaning brush, which so far I haven't used either of those, because I prefer to be able to seal the cup.Edit: Actually, it has a complete seal. I was messing with it today, flipping it upside down and noticed it didn’t even leak when I did that. Just have to make sure the lid is on right.

I like the size and look of this tumbler, and that's all! If you're an older person with arthritis stay away from this tumbler. It has a wide lid and it can be difficult to screw and unscrew the top. You can push the top in place but you have to turn it properly in order to to seal it. I found this out the hard way when I first got it and all of its contents spill into my lunch bag. I even thought I had the lid on correctly a couple of time and it spilled because I didn't. I have to do the spill test each time I use it and my hand gets pretty sore from opening and closing the lid. At this present moment I cant get the top off because my arthritis flared up when I was trying to open it. I'm going to pass this tumbler on to a younger person with stronger hand then mine! Older people stay AWAY from this tumbler!!

I love my coffee Cup as I drink it while driving and its very good quality n grip is very good. It keeps the coffee hot for at least three hours. I love it.

Plastic quantity is not good

The media could not be loaded.  I love the mug, it keeps coffee hot and it's beautiful! I always put it upright in my bags and it doesn't leak. The anti-slip underside is a nice addition, I recommend it. The size is great, perfect for a medium-sized coffee in a restaurant, for example.

Its a very good quality personal flask. Go for it.

Keeps things cold or hot for a long time. It has a thick rim seal and a flap to close the drink hole. With everything shut you can hold your drink upside-down or more importantly you now have a bartender's shake mixer. Warning without the lid it has a fairly narrow edge and would a heck of a cookie cutter. It also comes with a stainless steel straw a pipe cleaner that is for down to the bottom and save your knuckles from that edge. Its perfect for in a car with smaller cupholders.
