Waist band is comfortable, leg length is good, lace is soft and stretchy enough. Lace or hems can be to tight if they are not sewn with a stretch stitch. So what's the problem? The rise in the back. Waist band fits at your natural waist in front. However, the waist band in back is 4 to 6 inches below your waist. Asian manufacturers do this all the time. They do not cut the fabric correctly. They cut the same front and back. Personally, I hate it when the back is low like that. Very irritating, keep wanting to pull it up. Still deciding if I will return or keep and try to fix. The only way to fix is to somehow put an insert in the back. I'm thinking I'll return. I'll never buy this brand again.

These are very comfortable! They come right above my knees. I'm 5'5 and typically wear a size 16/18 in bottoms. I have very big thighs but they fit perfectly. I ordered the xl. Very thin material which is great for under skirts or dresses. They are pretty stretchy.

Soft, comfortable, much better than the slick, sweaty synthetic foundations traditionally worn under skirt. Nice quality lace and fabric. Comes with a mesh bag to launder it in. I wish it was available in more colors.Edited: the lace came unstitched during the second washing, so I stubtracted two stars.

These ripped in the crotch and the lace on the leg came apart within one use. Also, the lace around the legs is not very stretchy and holds too tight to your leg so you can't pull them up all the way. I would not suggest these.

I really liked these. Plus sized girl here. They fit, weren't tight at sll but stayed up throughout a night of swing dancing. Like the lace details. They are not Spanx, just a comfortable pair of shorts to wear under your skirt.

Thigh length was longer than I had hoped. The elastic was a bit tight as well. The material was so soft though and the waistband was super comfortable. I just ended up cutting the elastic at the bottom to shorten them up and relieve the tightness and wear these frequently under dresses.

Love these! Soft, lightweight, perfect under tunics, skirts, or even summer dresses. The lace makes it look a little dressier. I normally wear 2x but bought 3x to be safe.

I had to get a 2xl even though I usually am an xl. They are kind of see through but will be nice to wear under a dress!

These are a little to long to wear under a dress so I pulled mine up as far as I could (not a problem if you want to show off the lace). my dress kept clinging to them. The dress I was wearing was !00% cotton so I think the two materials were like a magnet. That said they are good quality lovely thin soft material. They don't ride up and are not tight anywhere..... but I would have like just a little light tummy control. I felt very bare not wearing anything under my dress so wearing these I felt more secure. There is no gusset so I found it more comfortable to wear underwear. No VPL from the underwear. I wear a size 12/14 and bought a medium perfect fit.

I must of received a different product to the other reviewers as there are so many good reviews on these. They are so scratchy and uncomfortable. The main part to the shorts are stretchy enough but the lace around the bottom has no stretch at all so the first time I tried them on and tried to move around I could feel stitches popping all around the lace. I purchased them to go under long dresses to help with chub rub but after walking around the house for like 5 mins in them I think wearing these is worse than chub rub, they hurt my legs so much due to how scratchy and badly made they are. I should of just brought a pair of biker shorts from boohoo but I wanted the quick delivery. To be honest they did arrive quickly.

I'm a size 20/22 5ft tall.I brought size XXL and they fit perfectly,not tight around the waist Or legs which i ws concerned about.They feel nice against my skin soft and silky with a lace trim around the legs,they are so light weight you could forget you have them on.Worth every penny and next day delivery with prime.The length of leg is just above my knee.Oh! And yes solve my chaffing issue,so definitely a thumbs up from me.

Very comfortable and great for under maxi dresses or long skirts and can't feel them on. Reason only 3 stars is brought to wear under dresses for holiday but are too long and due to bottom of the shorts design , can't shorten them so can't wear them for reason brought them.Would recommend but only for long skirts and maxi dresses.

These are so good as a size 22 chaffing legs is a problem,I wanted something that was not to restricted but light enough to do the job under my long dresses this fits the bill.its true to size ,washes well,it’s soft ,and best of all the legs don’t roll up brilliant
