It's as good as fresh if baking with it. My corn bread came out just perfect, and it gives a pleasing tang to cookies.

An amazing buy! Instructions on the front label for best use and quantities. It has a long shelf life though I don't think it will last that long as I will be using this a lot, better than the fresh stuff, makes lovely scones. You can add it dry to your mixture or easily reconstitute with water, no lumps. I will definitely buy again.

Bought it to make a salad dressing which was tasty. Also made fantastic sponges with it. Big packet and good value for money. Would’ve been better if the instructions for mixing weren’t in “cups”.

I have a few recipes that call for Buttermilk as an ingredient which I have yet to try. It is simple to use just add the required amount of powder to a container, I the mix to a soft paste with slightly warm water once smooth then top up with the required level of water. My usage so far has been to make waffles and pancakes both were delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the good value of this pack.

It's useful for when you need buttermilk for cooking, or if you just like to drink it. Mix it with water and use it, it is very tasty.
