Very Heavy Duty
I have a 14 foot double gate that is very heavy and hard to open. These wheels hold the weight well and were relatively easy to install by myself. My ground isn’t very level so the wheels struggle slightly but I don’t believe it is any fault of the product. I’m happy with my purchase and except them to last a long time.

Wheels the gate nicely.
Keeps the gate from sagging. Ground is pretty level but dirt and gravel. It rolls pretty well over it. Been using it good about a year and it's holding up good. It's probably time to grease it, as it does have a grease fitting to keep it lubed. Instructions were kinda lacking.

This is the wheel deal!
Simply works great on my 12 foot gate. The spring really adjusts to variations in ground level. Love it.

It works, but 3 stars might be generous
I put this on a 6 foot wooden gate that I’d guess weighs about 200 lbs. As far performance goes so far, it’s working as advertised, but it’s only been installed about a week. That’s where the good ends. They couldn’t be lazier on their packaging. The first one I got was so busted up that it was missing half the components. The second one I got had everything, but was still beat up terribly. I would have returned it again, but I needed something for my gate. Also, the product isn’t even assembled right in their stock photos, the cotter pin is in the wrong spot. The product is adequate at best, but the company is lazy, and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them at all.

Brackets appear to be too wide for the wheel shaft
I was excited to get these wheels but was disappointed. The bracket flares out too much for the shaft to fit into the upper hole. I may be wrong but, since there were no instructions on assembly and use, I'm at a loss. I also can't find any website for the company that handles them to ask about my concerns.

Big .
It's too big for my sagging swing gate, didn't use, didn't want to add the weight to the problem I had already. Weight has to be 10 lbs or so. Just by guessing. But it's heavy duty no doubt. Just a massive hunk of steel and a wheel Not what I needed. Went to lowes an bought a small one works just fine.

It lasted 22 months
Everything from the axle bolt up is well designed and suitable for a 200 pound load. The weak link in the whole system is how the wheel rim attaches to the axle hub. The wheel rim is split, just two thin stamped disks of metal. They bead weld one rim to the axle hub then seat the tire and bolt the other side of the rim on. With use the wheel swivels around and bends the metal rim and eventually breaks the weld. It is sad that they put so much into the bracket assembly only to under engineer the wheel. The simple solution is to weld a .25 thick disk to the hub and bolt the wheel rim to the disk. Just one more part. It would also make the wheel replaceable. I repaired mine by buying a $30 cast rim wheel. To be fair, mine is mounted to a heavy, steel, oil pipe gate that is running over gravel. Don’t get me wrong. The bracket and spring assembly is solid. If you are running it on a smooth surface with a light gate it will probably work just fine. It is just sad that for a couple bucks more, the entire thing could be a solid assembly.

Sturdy and Adjustable
Had to deduct 1 star, because the wheel was obviously used previously. The powder coating was chipped around the holes on the bracket, and scraped along the post of the wheel. There was no packing material in the box, so when it arrived, the box was torn up pretty bad, luckily there were no small parts or hardware to lose.Besides those negatives the wheel is very sturdy. How to install the spring wasn't clear right away, but I was able to figure that out. The adjustability is great. My gate isn't anywhere near the 200 lbs this is rated for, and other wheels were always either too short or too tall, so this worked perfectly. Lowered the bracket with a few twists of the spring, bolted it in place, then raised the bracket to the height I wanted. The area around my gate is pretty uneven, and this wheel handles most of it no problem. There's a bit of a rut when the gate is almost all the way open, but a good tug from the post of the wheel is enough to get it going, no need to lift. Now to wait and see how it holds up to the FL summers and storms...
