Everything works fine with this part but it seems like there is ...
Everything works fine with this part but it seems like there is a little piece of plastic rattling around inside and I am not really sure what it is. Since everything works I have chosen to ignore it.

Ethernet adapter only operates at 10/100Mbps
Pros:- Sleek, modern-looking design- Ability to break out a USB-C connector into multiple USB A connectorsCons:- Builtin Ethernet adapter is only Fast Ethernet (10/100Mbps)I bought this thinking that the Ethernet adapter was going to be a Gigabit Ethernet adapter (since this was for a 2017 15" Macbook Pro), however I was very surprised to discover that the Ethernet adapter was just a Fast Ethernet adapter (10/100Mbps)!! Definitely not modern at all. I immediately returned it for a refund. If you are expecting a Gigabit Ethernet adapter with this look elsewhere.
