Hard to beat for the price. Very pleased with the quality of the rack too. Keep everything just finder-tight during install as you will need to tweak it a bit after getting in on top of roof. Very happy with install and looks.

Terrible company, terrible customer service..Company didn’t send any of the bolts or washers. After several days of emails and messages they agreed to send the missing parts. Received missing parts, 5 of the needed washers are the wrong sizes, at least 1/3 smaller and many of the screws and washers appeared scraped/bent and or stripped. Obviously someone pulled the needed parts from previous returns etc.offered us $20 for having to wait weeks for parts then an additional $5 when we messaged about the wrong sizes.Would never recommend this company unless they were to have better service. If there is an issue, be prepared to wait and to be given wrong items. We are wanting to purchase a new jeep and to accessorize with great detail, Hooke Road will NOT be a company will will ever use or recommend to any of our jeep crawlee friends

The product was easy to put together and has held up fully loaded through many road trips as well as winter weather.

I bought this roof rack knowing it is made for 4 door wranglers but figured it would work on my 2 door.The rack is well constructed and easy enough to put together. the instructions are terrible, but if you have some knack, you can figure it out.I would recommend installing the window hinge mounts underneath the rear windows hinges so you don't need to remove the plastic covers. One of the other reviewers mentioned that. Good advice random internet stranger.My 2 door is a hardtop with removable top. Since I installed this roof rack, I won't be able to remove the top easily. no worries for me, I have never taken the top off any how.

The assembly was a bit of work. You definitely should have help when it is time to put it on top of the rig so you don’t mark your top up like I did doing it alone.Other than all that, I couldn’t be more pleased. It seems very sturdy and well made. The finish is very nice looking and seems very tough. I love how it mounts towards the rear of my 4 door Jeep, so I can still get the freedom tops off. The low profile of it looks so awesome, exactly what I was hoping for.Very pleased with this purchase.

I was hesitant to purchase this rack because of some of the issues in other's reviews. I’m glad I bought it now. This rack went together easy. The carton was packed in order of assembly. DON’T tighten any bolts until the rack is assembled, this eliminates the problem of slots not aligning up. The whole process from opening the carton to admiring the rack on my Jeep took less than three hours by myself. I also like the fact that it’s literally a one tool assembly. Finish was nice as well.
