Perfect fit, easy to install, working like new.
I was please with this replacement laptop battery, as the original battery had begun to swell. The package came with the small screwdriver to remove the screws and a guitar pick to pop the tabs. Everything seems to be working great after being installed 1 day ago.

It doesn't work.
This battery works for maybe an hour than shuts down. All current work is lost upon restart. Totally useless

Easy to install if you don't mind opening the bottom of your laptop (6 screws I think). No complaints from the user so far.

Once you install the battery, if your laptop sleeps, it'll shut off
This battery although holds a good charge, once my laptop goes to sleep, it completely shuts off and will not turn back on until I connect my charger to it. I tried to file a claim with the insurance but I'm getting nowhere fast with that

Works...kinda
My laptop was getting about 3-4 hours on the original Dell battery, down from 13 when it was brand new. Although this battery does give me about 6 hours, it has some issues. It's a fine stopgap while I wait for an offical Dell battery.It will randomly fully deplete when the laptop is on standby. Additionally, the full capacity from the windows battery report is a lot less than the 68wh advertised. More like 58wh, but who knows if that's even legitimate.Update: company reached out and made it right. Great customer service
