Works great with a slight modification
I feel like there would only be 5 star reviews if the manufacturer knew how this was supposed to work. The poker tool needs to be cut a little bit shorter so that it can fit inside the cone you are loading. This will help to prevent a loose pack near the tip. Grind your herb using the funnel with the poker tool inside the cone and then slowly work it down to your desired size. After a few times. You will be busting out perfect cones every single time.

Well it was super easy to use. All of it is plastic and cheap. I thought it was a electric one but I was wrong!
