This is a great way for my teenage daughter that suffers with extreme anxiety and mental health. She will fill out a page daily and it helps for her to look back over the previous days!

Mental health tracker
I love this jornal, it keeps a track on how I feel and my mood. It keeps you on track with your mental state and i was ted to see my improvement, there enough room for notes and you can colour the book how you like, perfect for people who can be struggling with mental health or like to keep organised great for teenagers and adults of all ages, I recommend so much. Love it!

I lost interest filling in this book . I found it boring with it asking the same questions day after day. It wasn't for me. Its a nice ideal though. Just needs more variety within the content.

Great, has a lot direction in it. We fill in as a family (all have our own) and discuss our day.

Good way to practice mindfulness and gratitude
This is an amazing journal to keep track of essential daily function as well as gratitude and mindfulness. I especially like that there is a medication tracker and place to record what we would change if we could. This mood tracker has definitely helped me become more reflective and present in the moments.

Really good idea
This is another really good idea, if you can find the time to sit and do it every day. Unfortunately with my already busy schedule, I have missed more days than I have recorded. If you have the time, I would suggest getting this and keeping up with it. It is nice to be able to go back over the previous days/months to see how your moods have progressed and what you can do to help it.

Overall this is a great mood journal. Just wish every page was colorful.
