Comfortable and sturdy for regular muddy hikes
Walking boots were bought for my son (age 14), who is a weekend walker, walking 10+ miles across varying off-road terrains of mud, hills, water, grass, woodsand all other usual boy walks. Having discovered a love of walking a couple of years ago, this pair of boots have been the best value, whilst providing quality and comfort. We are a fan of the brand, so high quality is always assumed with the added advantage of sturdiness, style and comfort - a great buy for an adventurous boy! The boots look great and work well for my son.

Tough and comfortable
I have had five pairs of these over the years, worn them in tough conditions and they remain comfortable and waterproof. No need to break them in they are perfect from the word go. The Vibram sole provides good grip in rough terrain and ice.

Merrells are the best boots
I'm over 60 years old. I've been walking and hiking all my life.In my opinion Merrells are by far the most comfortable boots and the best overall boots you can buy. They are tougher than other hiking boot brands (although perhaps not so tough as army-pattern boots, but much more comfortable). They look nice too. They are not that cheap, but they'll last you for years.

Comfortable if you pick right size
As others have said you need to go up a half size. I tried on a size 10 (my normal size) in a shop and could hardly get my foot in.So ordered a 10.5 on Amazon and crossed my fingers. They fitted perfectly. Not sure why Amazon or the seller have different prices for different colours, so I just ordered the cheapest one in my size (navy), which looks fine.

Excellent everyday boots
This is my second pair of Merrell Moab 3s in 2 years and I still wear the first pair almost everyday. Merrell never seem to fail in the trainer / walking boot hybrid. These offer comfort, support to the ankle, excellent grip and protection on moist ground.Sizing on these felt slightly tighter so maybe go half a size bigger.

Fantastic boot.
I've had many many Merrell moabs over the years. They are comfortable, wide toe box and don't need alot of walking in. Just be careful when ordering that if the description doesn't mention goretex or gtx they aren't waterproof. They are what merrell used to advertise as merrell moab vent. (Ventilators)Great shoe/ boot I will.be buying more.

So far so good
Moab 3 gtxReady to go straight out of the box although the footbeds feel very firm (I have one fused ankle and am very particular about footwear) that said after 40 miles my feet are starting to settle in. I take a UK size 9 but bought a size 9 1/2 but think I might have been better off with a size 10, the toe box feels a little tight - time will tell. Can't comment on waterproofing as they've not got wet yet.Overall very pleased with purchase.

Great shoes!
I am a big fan of this company. The boots they make hold up! The last pair I bought for my husband lasted over a year. He is very hard on his boots. He's a contractor and builds homes for a living. He's constantly up on a roof or climbing around something so he needs a comfortable boot that has great tread. When his other boots finally wore out I bought this pair. Great quality, super comfortable, nice tread on them. They fit like they should. Couldn't be happier. I will continue to buy from this company. They make Hugh quality shoes/boots.

Merrell its Merrell
This are the 6 pair of boots from Merrell, i've always bought the same size, always, but in this particular model they are kind of small fit. After actually breaking them, they feel alittle more apropiate, like the previus models i've owned, but its a fact that they are slightly smaller. Don't really understand why....Overall, they still are the expected quality and confort of the brand. So i highly recomended, but make sure you try the size first. (This is the first time that the size its not a PERFECT fit!!!!????)

simplemente GENIALES

Extra confort++ et légèreté++
